Elba Island and our apartments in Lacona are the best choice for an unforgettable holiday. This green Mediterranean island can offer both leisure and culture in close contact with the unspoilt nature, thanks to its historical heritage and traces of ancient crafts.

Residence Lacona is immersed in its green park, which skirts the sandy beach of Lacona, and it’s the ideal place for the people who love water sports and also for families with children.

Available to our guests: the big fresh water pool with Jacuzzi area, bar, tobacconist’s, newsagent’s, bazaar, hairdresser’s, minimarket (300 metres far) and private parking.

Children have a paddling pool and a playground. The club card includes the use of bicycles and tennis courts (one hour per day), the “soft animation” program and the mini club for children.

Just few steps from the Residence, the Big Beach of Lacona offers many facilities and water sports possibilities.

Guests accommodated in the apartments can have special rates at the restaurant of Hotel Lacona, at Bagni Lacona bathing establishment and at the near Diving Centre.

The Apartments

One-room apartment type C 2/3 people: they are located in the three buildings around the hotel. They feature a living room with cooking corner, a sofa bed for two people, possibility to add a baby bed (maximum 2 years old child), bathroom with shower, balcony.

Two-room apartments type A 4/5 people: they are situated in the buildings 150 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, 2 single sofa beds or bunk bed, double room with possibility to add an extra bed, two bathrooms, two small balconies.

Two-room apartments type B 5 people: they are situated in the buildings 150 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, 2 single sofa beds, double room with possibility to add an extra bed, two bathrooms, two small balconies, two terraces.

Two-room apartment type D 4 people: they are situated in the building behind the hotel, 300 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, double sofa bed, double room, two bathrooms.

Two-room apartment type D 5 people: they are situated in the building behind the hotel, 300 metres from the sea. Living room with cooking corner, double sofa bed, double room with additional bed, two bathrooms, a small balcony.

Three-room apartment type E 5/6 people: they are situated in the building behind the hotel, 300 metres from the sea. Recently refurbished, they feature a living room with double sofa bed, separated cooking corner, two double rooms, two bathrooms, a small balcony.

Soft animation, tennis, mountain bike, trekking and more sports.

A big swimming-pool in white travertine, with Jacuzzi area, sun umbrellas and sun beds.

Two tennis courts, mountain bikes and possibility of excursions by boat, trekking, bicycle, horse riding.

Beach facilities

The big white beach of Lacona is located just a stone’s throw from the apartments, at the end of a trail in the pine-wood, in front of a beautiful blue sea.

The bathing establishment is very appreciated thanks to the quality of the offered services and for the wide areas, which are impossible to find elsewhere.

Renting boats and pedalos, surfing school, laying up boats and crafts lane are some of the services available on the beach.

The pine trees and cypresses park

Residence Lacona is surrounded by a big and luxuriant park: its green grass reaches the pine-wood leading to the sea. The residence park - where the pool, the tennis courts, the children playground and the large private parking are situated – offers an intense green thanks to its lawn and trees, multicoloured oleanders and red geranium which stand out on the white travertine of the pool.

Family friendly

A family friendly residence which dedicates a special attention to children, thanks to an animation program especially for them and a children playground.

The Mini Club starts its activity on the first week of June and ends on the first week of September.

Hotel Lacona facilities

Residence Lacona guests have access to all the amenities of the Hotel Lacona, such as the American bar, the reception desk and ferry tickets 24 hours a day. The club card includes “soft animation” program, use of the pool, tennis courts and mountain bikes. Guests can also benefit from special rates at Bagni Lacona, at the Restaurant Angiò on the beach and at the buffet Restaurant of the Hotel Lacona.
